Today, after almost five centuries, the Peterlana family has been at the helm of the old Osteria Le Due Spade, considered one of the best restaurants in the city, offering typical and creative cuisine.
With the help of Alessio, Dani and Paola, Chef Federico Parolari created intriguing dishes revolving around seasons, skillfully paired to local wines by Sommelier Gianni, who, along with Massimiliano, the owner, will welcome you in the typical charming Stube.
The restaurant offers local cuisine reinterpreted with creative touches. It is seasons, however, that govern menus. The Chef offers two versions, one reflecting local flavours and the other paying homage to the sea; then, the lunch dish is intriguing, light and prepared quickly, accompanied by a glass of TrentoDoc, an offer reserved for lunch only.
It is possible to choose a la carte from five appetizers, five first courses, five second courses, and six strictly homemade desserts, just like bread and pasta. And last but not least, our cheese trolley with Trentino mostarda and honey selections.
