Three concepts that guide him: instinct, technique, and territory.
A good dish needs good wine. For this reason, the winery only houses wines made with the same passion that Marco, Matteo and Flavio give their work. In addition to the great products of the territory, which allow bringing to the table a “sip” of Trentino, it is possible to undertake a sensory journey through a selection of about 200 labels from all over Italy.
