Traditional dairy cheese

Every dairy of the Val di Non and Val di Sole valleys offers its own Nostrano del Casèl that, although made following the same recipe, is always slightly different in aroma and taste as it exalts the diversity of the various microclimates. It is a traditional cheese that can be enjoyed in various ways.

Nostrano is a semi-fat cheese made from partially skimmed cow’s milk and has a semi-cooked paste. Various types are found on the market: normal (fresh), aged and well-aged (stravecchio).
