In the butcher’s shop in the heart of Lavis, you will find countless selection of meats and cold cuts from Trentino production processed in house, as well as ready-to-cook products, and, especially in summer, grilled meats.

The shop also offers new products like breads, wines from the Avisio Hills and many Trentino specialties.

The factory’s well-equipped CE-certified laboratory for meat processing, as well as the artisanal preparation of cold cuts is located on via Nazionale, in Lavis.

Monday - Friday
from 7.30 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.

Saturday
from 7.30 a.m. to 12 a.m.
