Apple Muffins

Apple Muffins

    125 g butter
    125 g sugar
    3 eggs
    lemon rind
    250 g flour
    1 packet of baking powder
    2 apples
    powdered sugar


Cream butter with sugar, add vanilla, eggs,  salt and grated lemon rind.

In another bowl mix flour and baking powder and add to other ingredients alternating with the milk to obtain a soft batter.  

Put in muffin tins and cover with the diced apples. Bake at 180°C for about 20 min.  

Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.  .
