For three generations, the Paternoster family has been passing down the noble beekeeping art from father to son.
Through rational yet nomadic apiculture, following the flower blooming schedule, which in spring go from the plains to the mountains, we dedicate ourselves to the production of single flower honey, as well as exquisite woodland honeydew or mountain wildflower honey.
