Perbacco Ristorante is located in an historic township of Mezzolombardo. In the beautiful courtyard, you can taste inviting recommendations from kitchen and cellar. At the entrance, you will be welcomed by the aperitif bar. The restaurant is made up by two intimate and welcoming rooms, and every month a new menu is linked to seasonal products. Cooking is a search for imagination and innovation, but it bases its roots in the Trentino tradition which it also seeks to evolve.
