Rainbow trout
Rainbow trout is unique for its lean and delicate meat and is a rich source of noble proteins and mineral salts. It is highly digestible and is considered to be a key ingredient in a well-balanced diet.
It is an important source of "Omega-3", a fatty acid especially indicated in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, and has a very low cholesterol content.
Traditional fresh products are the whole cleaned trout or trout filets, the ready to cook products such as the breaded slices, or the ready to eat products such as trout carpaccio, smoked and marinated filets, the meatballs and the sauce. A fancy product is also the Trout hamburger, to please smaller children.
