Raw potato gnocchi with toasted bacon

Ingredienti

Ingredienti per 2 persone:

  • 2 patate di media grandezza
  • 1 tuorlo d’uovo
  • 7 cucchiai di farina
  • Sale quanto basta
  • Pancetta affumicata
  • Burro
  • Trentingrana grattugiato
  • Ricotta affumicata

Preparation
Peel and grate the potatoes, add the egg yolk, the salt and the flour and mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls into the boiling salted water. Let simmer for 8/10 minutes.  
In a large pan sauté the butter and the diced bacon. Add the gnocchi to savour well.
Serve with plenty of grated Trentingrana cheese and smoked ricotta.
