In one of the most beautiful and photographed places in the whole of Trentino, you find our little mountain dairy that still retains the typical architecture made of stones and wood and an indoor fireplace where we cook classic polenta to be enjoyed with Tosèla cheese and sausage.
A cuisine made of first-class dishes and homemade cakes to be enjoyed in the few indoor tables or outdoors, overlooking breath-taking views. We constantly change our menu with dishes varying from chanterelle mushroom soup to rabbit, from baked pork chops to canederlotti with Fontal di Primiero.
Here, you can also purchase cheeses made by the Primiero Dairy with milk from our pastures.
Open in summer for lunch, you can reach us on foot from Pian dei Casoni (reachable by car or bus) in about 1 hour of easy walk.
