Programme:

• 3:15 p.m. – Meeting point at the Belvedere lift station in Canazei (no skis required), where the shuttle will be waiting.
• 3:30 p.m. – All aboard! The shuttle will take you to the Sass Pordoi cable car station.
• 4:00 p.m. – Up we go! Take the cable car to the famous Sass Pordoi, almost 3,000 metres high. Dress warmly and enjoy the ride!
• 4:15–5:30 p.m. – Altin and the team of Rifugio Maria welcome you to a rich, narrated “farm to table” aperitif dinner, where the producers themselves present their specialties: starring the cheeses of Mèlga de Fascia, the meat delicacies of Felicetti Speck, the unique aromas and nuances of N'Outa, and the delicious apples from La Trentina, paired with Trentiner wines from the Cavit winery and Altemasi Trentodoc mountain sparkling wine. Between tastings, be sure to look outside: with a bit of luck, you may witness the magical Alpine glow, the famous Enrosadira, from one of the most beautiful terraces in the Alps, offering a 360° view of the most iconic Dolomite peaks.
• 5:45 p.m. – Return to the valley by cable car, followed by the shuttle back to the village. You will be in Canazei around 7:00 p.m.

Important info: registration required by 5 p.m. on the previous day, online or at the Tourist Offices. Ski pass not valid for this experience.

Meeting point: for those not using the shuttle service (please specify when booking), meeting point is at 3:45 p.m. at the Sass Pordoi cable car station, Passo Pordoi.
