Fields of flowers, the Sassolungo in the background and the silence of the countryside: at Eco-Green Fiores farm in Vigo, nature reveals itself with simplicity and authenticity. Nadia will welcome you to her carefully tended fields and guide you on a journey through the scents, colours and flavours that define the Val di Fassa. You'll walk amongst the rows of flowers and medicinal plants, learning to recognise their characteristics, properties and uses. You will then take part in a hands-on workshop, during which you will make your own mountain herb-scented salt: a little souvenir to take home, so you can rediscover the scents of this experience in your own kitchen. To round off the morning, a toast with organic syrups and farm produce, bidding farewell with one last taste of nature.

The experience includes a visit to the farm, processing workshop, tasting and free gift.

You can also buy products from the farm, to stock up on everything you have discovered and tasted.
If, on the other hand, you would like to stay the night, Nadia will be happy to open the doors of her house: a green place to rest, made of fir and larch wood according to the most modern green building standards, but without forgetting traditions and stylish details that will surprise you. Also available to guests is a tree suite for an all-round immersion in nature.

How to enjoy this experience best

Bring comfortable clothing: life at the agritur is also made up of moments in the open air, a hat for the sun is recommended. Comfortable shoes will also be fine for walking in the fields.
