At 2,200 metres above sea level, in the heart of the Dolomites, the restaurant at Tognola Mountain Hut welcomes guests in an extraordinary setting, where great food meets the beauty of the landscape. Here, the cuisine showcases fresh ingredients and locally sourced produce, carefully selected and transformed by our chef into a polenta meal rich in flavour and tradition.
The experience includes a polenta-based lunch served on the panoramic terrace of the hut, with unparalleled views of the Pale di San Martino, the mountain group recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2009.

To enjoy the experience at its best, we recommend comfortable clothing suitable for the mountains: even in summer, temperatures at 2,200 metres can be cool, so it’s a good idea to bring a sweatshirt or a light jacket. Hiking boots or trekking shoes are also recommended, along with sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses, so you can enjoy your day at altitude in complete comfort.
