Taste&Bike: Marzemino wine and Vallagarina

This tour by bike stars with a visit in Vallagarina, one of the areas in Trentino most suited to viticulture.

From Trento, you can easily take the cycle path, which connects Bolzano to Verona, along the Adige river.

At Nomi village, the tourists can stop and have a guided tour in a winery to learn about Marzemino Gentile wine, the most representative wine of Vallagarina. This wine i salso mentioned in ‘Don Giovanni’, Mozart’s song.

After the visit and tasting, the tour goes on. Next stop will be Sacco, in Rovereto. Here you can choos the restaurant where rest and eat: along Adige river or in Destra Adige, where the landscape is more pleasant.

In the afternoon, you’ll be free to walk around the city of Rovereto, to discover its history, its historic center, with the opportunity to visit lesser-known corners or one of the many Art and History Museums. To ‘charge your batteries’, we suggest you a sweet afternoon snack.

The tourists can go back to Trento, by cicle path, pushed northward by Ora, the wind that blows from Garda Lake.
