FORTU SNC

Fortu SNC is a small Italian artisanal company based in Vermiglio, in the Val di Sole (Trentino region), specialized in the production and distribution of craft spirits and liqueurs. The company’s flagship product is Gin Lares, a gin deeply inspired by the Alpine environment and local traditions. The project was conceived and developed by Cristian Delpero, with the aim of creating a distillate that authentically reflects the mountain territory of Trentino.

Gin Lares

Gin Lares is an Italian craft distilled gin inspired by the alpine landscape. The name “Lares” comes from the local dialect and means “larch”, a characteristic Alpine tree whose buds are a key ingredient in the recipe.

Product Characteristics

• Type: Artisanal distilled gin

• Alcohol content: approx. 45% ABV

• Botanicals: larch buds, juniper, sage, bay leaf, mint, mountain pine (pino mugo), and other natural alpine botanicals

• Aromatic profile: intense and balsamic, with fresh herbal notes and clear mountain character

The larch buds are hand-harvested in spring from the forests around Vermiglio, at over 1,200 meters above sea level. Distillation is carried out in collaboration with local Trentino distilleries.

Philosophy

Fortu’s philosophy is to enhance alpine botanicals and local flavors, combining artisanal methods with a strong connection to the territory. Gin Lares is conceived as a sensory journey into the mountains of Val di Sole, offering an authentic expression of nature, tradition, and craftsmanship.
