A firm, smooth-skinned apple with a slightly elongated shape.
It has a fresh and sweet, almost floral fragrance, quite in keeping with its yellow colouration, sprinkled with small bronze-coloured markings. When grown in hilly areas its skin takes on a pink hue on one side.
The flesh is crisp and juicy, with a sweet and aromatic flavour. Great at any time of the day.
