The company covers an area of 60,000 square metres, of which 12,000 are covered, including milk processing facilities, packaging materials, seasoning warehouses, cold stores, and retail outlets.
Casearia Monti Trentini S.p.a. is paying particular attention to the Trentino cheese-making tradition, as expressed by the mountain pastures of Vezzena and Lagorai.
