The Corrà Smarano butcher shop offers its own
production of cold cuts and sausages, including “Val di Non Smoked Mortandela”,
speck, Trentino lucanica sausages, deer salami and carne salada, by relying on
ancient recipes, handed down from father to son and using local cattle raised
with vegetable fodder and slaughtered in its own slaughterhouse.
