This fine and elegant white wine takes its name from the varietal used to make it, the vine introduced into Trentino from the German Rhine region, and the latter of Italian origin.
The Riesling, for its perfect flavor-aroma balance, is considered one of the most aristocratic white wines of Trentinio.

Straw yellow, with greenish hues.
Aroma
Delicately fruity, with light notes of anise and hay, slightly mineral.
Taste
Pleasantly fresh, always very delicate, sophisticated, fine and elegant.
Food and wine pairing
Excellent for aperitifs; the Italico wine pairs especially well with freshwater fish courses; while the Rhenish variety with more or less elaborate mollusc-based sauces or char-grilled fish.
