In bygone times, specific methods were discovered to preserve meat: smoking, dried, specifically processed or spiced, to become tasty and acclaimed entrées. In Trentino, thanks to the many historical and geographical influences, to mankind’s ingeniousness and to the excellent quality of the meat, we have a wide range of cold cuts and processed meats  and we all know that one slice leads to the next ….!
